Typical Responsibilities Include
- Undertaking detailed design and structural analysis across a variety of building types within the property sector.
- Leading projects and overseeing the work of a dedicated design team.

- Regular communication with architects, contractors, and wider project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Liaising directly with clients and responding swiftly to technical queries.
- Attending site visits and meetings, contributing to technical reports and design reviews.

Key Projects You’ll Be Involved In
- RC‑framed multi‑storey buildings up to 35 floors (hotels, residential, student accommodation)

- Major hospital builds and extension programmes.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) in civil or structural engineering.
- Chartered status with ICE or IStructE or actively working toward it.
- Proven experience in building structures within a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard software such as Tekla, Autodesk, and other analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the design and construction process from concept stage through to site delivery.
