About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Assistant to join a growing international business.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, leadership reporting, governance processes, contract coordination, documentation management, and marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination and reporting activities across multiple business functions.
- Prepare leadership updates, presentations, meeting packs, and business documentation.
- Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (Mo Us) between legal and business teams.
- Maintain governance documentation, project records, and company archives.
- Track governance actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.
- Support internal reporting and management information processes.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and communication activities that support business development.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units and corporate functions.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and complies with governance requirements.
About You

Essential Skills andamp; Experience
- Previous experience in business operations, project coordination, governance, administration, or a similar support role.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
