About The Opportunity
Robeson Parks is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving conversions through strategic paid media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Provide consultation on organic assets for boosting/paid support
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting and remarketing efforts
- Implement and evaluate A/B tests to improve ad copy, creative performance, and conversion rates
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance while minimizing costs
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
- Generate and present detailed reports on key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
- Demonstrable experience with paid media trends/strategies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Pay: Hourly ($30-$50/hr) or Project-Based
