About the role: The selected candidate will work directly with the Co-founder, serving as their right hand in managing day-to-day operations and business execution. This dynamic position combines core Executive Assistant responsibilities with strategic Chief of Staff duties, giving the individual an outsized impact on the success of the executive and the agency.

What the Role Entails:

  • Strategic Support: Manage and track progress across key company initiatives, set daily and weekly priorities aligned with quarterly and annual goals, organize pre-work and ensure thorough follow-up on action items, proficiently utilize project management tools to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Executive Calendar Management: Manage the Executive's complex and busy calendar, proactively optimize scheduling to maximize productivity, coordinate domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and track action items, maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate the Executive's needs and plan ahead, prioritize and resolve conflicting needs with minimal guidance, be resourceful and take initiative when faced with challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and generate ideas.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
  • Strong multitasking skills with an eye toward creating efficient processes.
  • Tech-savvy, with curiosity for implementing AI as appropriate.
  • Availability during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST.
