The Company Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of a car valet business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating operations, and providing excellent support to both staff and customers. The role involves handling office duties, managing bookings, processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Duties:
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration, including answering calls, responding to emails, and dealing with enquiries.
- Schedule and manage bookings for valeting services, ensuring accurate recording of customer requests.
- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and customer records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and process payments (cash, card, or online).
- Monitor office supplies and order stock when necessary.
Customer Service:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with customers regarding booking confirmations, service updates, and collection/delivery arrangements.

- Maintain accurate financial and operational records for auditing purposes.
- Prepare reports on bookings, sales, and expenses to support management decision‑making.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and customer communications.
Essential Requirements:
