Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swindon for an Employment Advisor. The Employment Advisor will work directly with individuals to assess their needs, provide tailored job coaching, and assist with interview preparation. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one support, guiding clients toward sustainable employment opportunities, building confidence, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and local employers to facilitate meaningful connections for job placements.
Qualifications
- Able to hit and exceed KPIs and performance goals
- Proficiency in Job Coaching and Interview Preparation techniques
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in employment advisory, recruitment, or related fields is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local labor market and community resources is beneficial
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in career coaching or related fields are preferred
