This is a full-time, on-site role located in Swindon. The Employment Advisor will support individuals in their journey to secure sustainable employment. Responsibilities include:
- Providing career coaching
- Delivering interview preparation support
- Offering guidance on job search strategies
- Working directly with clients to rebuild their confidence
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, employers, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Job Coaching and Interview Preparation for supporting individuals in their employment journey
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trusting relationships and convey information effectively
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and helpful experience for all clients
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their career goals
- Prior experience in an employability or coaching role is advantageous
- Working knowledge of the local labor market and employment trends is beneficial
- Proficiency in using technology and systems to track progress and manage cases effectively
- Able to work towards KPI's and performance goals
