The Quality Assurance Champion role is focused on delivering a high-quality experience to every customer. The incumbent will reach out to customers after appointments, gather feedback, log calls, manage appointments, keep systems updated, and support ongoing progress in work.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers after appointments to check how things went and gather feedback.
- Identify and record any issues to ensure they are addressed quickly.
- Follow up with customers who have moved into jobs to confirm they are settling in and identify challenges.
- Keep customer data and system records up to date and maintain accurate call logs.
- Support booking and managing appointments through phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Assist customers in completing the registration process and provide needed support.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in phone, writing and Teams.
- Positive, friendly and helpful approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle information confidentially.
- Comfortable using basic IT systems for calls, emails and data entry.
