Amusement Arcade Attendant
Glasgow City Centre. previous experience essential, opened 24hrs so shifts would be mostly evenings and nights
30 + hours per week,
£13 per hour
Duties:
As an amusement arcade attendant, you will be at the heart of the arcade operations, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience for the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor the arcade floor, ask for proof of age if a person looks under 21.
- Provide refreshments for playing customers.
- Keeping machines and arcade clean.
- Give out change, and handle cash transactions accurately keeping up to date records.
- Enforce arcade polices and ensure the safety of customers.
- Report online any incidents, or customer concerns that relate to the Licencing Objectives set out by the Gambling Act 2005.
- Full training will be given on all Licencing Objectives, and company policies.
As an amusement arcade attendant, you will be at the heart of the arcade operations, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience for the customer.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
