We are hiring a Sales Executive to own a quota and drive new business across mid-market accounts. The role runs full-cycle sales — building pipeline, closing deals, and partnering with internal teams to land customers who'll grow with us.
Key Responsibilities- Own a quota across a defined territory or account list
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
- Run discovery, demo, and proposal stages with prospect stakeholders
- Negotiate commercials and lead contract close
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM
- Partner with marketing, BDR, and customer success on coordinated motions
- 4+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a closing role
- Track record of consistent quota attainment
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills
- Hands-on with Salesforce, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resilience and self-motivation in commission-driven environments
- A high-output mindset and comfort with quota-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication, including objection handling
