The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join the team. Operations Managers are people-focused leaders responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club and ensuring members receive an outstanding experience every day of the week. In this role, you will regularly act as Duty Manager, working alongside your team to ensure that health, safety, and compliance regulations are followed while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club.
  • Act as Duty Manager when required to ensure smooth running of the facility.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Lead and support teams across multiple departments.
  • Monitor operational performance and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and operational cost management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.

About You

  • Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, leisure facility, attraction, retail unit, or sporting venue).
  • Experience leading teams across multiple departments or functions.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and operational management.
