Thoughtfully designed indoor spaces are complemented by engaging outdoor play areas that encourage children to explore, be active, and develop their curiosity in all weathers.

Learning through play is at the heart of our client's approach, with a wide range of activities supporting children’s development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The nursery values the importance of outdoor experiences, ensuring children have regular opportunities to enjoy fresh air, build confidence, and develop key life skills through hands‑on learning.

  • Promote children's development through both planned and child‑led activities.
  • Participate in children's extracurricular activities, including monthly sessions in French, Football, and Arts & Crafts.
  • Engage with the wider community by taking children on educational outings to the post office, shops, or the local park to enhance physical development.
  • Ensure a seamless transition into the team with comprehensive training provided during your initial weeks.

Why Join This Team?

Our client values their team members and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Annual Leave: Starting at 24 days (pro‑rata), plus bank holidays and a paid day off for your birthday.
  • Childcare Discounts: 75% off nursery fees for team members.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Access to a confidential employee assistance helpline and a dedicated health & wellbeing programme.
