We are hiring a Microsoft 365 Administrator to own the configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 environment. The role keeps users productive, data secure, and the platform aligned with how the business actually works.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
- Manage identity, access, and conditional access policies in Entra ID
- Implement and maintain compliance, retention, and DLP policies
- Configure email security, anti-phishing, and threat protection settings
- Support migrations, integrations, and platform upgrades
- Document procedures and provide user training and support
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 in mid-to-large environments
- Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams
- Familiarity with Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Purview
- PowerShell scripting fluency
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and change management discipline
