We are hiring a Solutions Architect to partner with sales on technical wins. The role combines deep product knowledge with consultative selling — translating customer requirements into architectures that close deals and set up successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification
- Design solution architectures tailored to customer environments and use cases
- Lead technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
- Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews
- Partner with Customer Success on smooth handoff to deployment
- Provide product feedback to product and engineering teams
- 5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs
- Experience leading technical conversations with engineering and IT buyers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Comfort owning RFPs, security reviews, and architecture diagrams
- Curiosity to dig into systems and turn findings into shipped improvements
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions
- A test-and-learn mindset; you ship fast, measure, and iterate
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
