We are hiring an AI Product Manager to own AI-powered product areas end-to-end. The role works at the intersection of model capabilities, user experience, and business value — shipping AI features that are genuinely useful, not just impressive demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas
- Partner with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Define success metrics that capture both quality and business impact
- Run user research to identify high-value AI use cases
- Coordinate launches, including responsible AI considerations and rollout plans
- Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to internal and external audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evals)
- Excellent written communication, including PRDs and strategic narratives
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation
- Comfort with technical depth and ability to engage with ML teams
- Bias for shipping with humility about model limitations
