Royal Village Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager to oversee the daily running and administration of the nursery, ensuring compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation, EYFS and Montessori methods, and Ofsted guidelines. You will maintain confidentiality and hold key-holder responsibility.
You will recruit and supervise staff, conduct regular assessments, identify training needs, and organise staff meetings and in-service training.
