Panoramic Associates is partnering with a social housing provider in the Southwest to recruit a Project Surveyor who puts customers at the heart of everything they do. We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in building refurbishment design and project management within property investment. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations - including CDM, asbestos, fire, water, gas, and electrical safety - is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project and contract management for refurbishment projects, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Oversee programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management while maintaining high quality standards.
- Work closely with local authority planning departments to ensure statutory compliance.
- Capture and utilise customer feedback to improve service and customer experience.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of project data, financials, and performance reports.
