About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Yardman Logistics to join our CSI Hazelmere Workshop team. The CSI Hazelmere Workshop is home to a skilled team specialising in the design, manufacture, repair and refurbishment of mobile mining equipment. The workshop services MinRes and client sites. In this role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, helping to keep the workshop running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in maintaining an organised yard, and is committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and freight within the yard and workshop
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries against purchase orders
  • Prepare, stage, and dispatch materials and equipment according to operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, updating systems as required
  • Ensure the yard is organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Assist with forklift operations, loading/unloading, and movement of heavy equipment
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements
  • Work closely with workshop and logistics teams to support smooth workflow
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe work environment

What is required:

  • Current Manual HR Class Drivers License
  • HRWL (DG, RB, LF)
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
