As the Scheduler you will report into the Service Delivery Manager in our Telecommunication and network services team and support them across telco projects in Perth. This is a fast-paced and high-volume role with critical deliverables and will suit someone who enjoys working in this environment. The role is a permanent full-time position based out of our office in High Wycombe working Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the planning and scheduling of ticket of work to construction partners that meets service delivery requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain lvl5 detailed schedules and short-term plans to plan and manage manpower and commodity resources according to the overall execution plan.
  • Provide timely status updates to the project planners and coordinate with the construction partners to meet the target schedule.
  • Contribute to accurate and timely progress reporting on planning and scheduling deliverables to managers.
  • Gather, analyse and report service delivery data, communicating information of performance, trends and gaps to Clients and Project Management.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in related field
  • Workforce Planning/Scheduling experience on a major project or within a large organisation.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications industries is highly preferable.
  • Intermediate Excel and Word.
  • Basic MS Access, Visio, and MS Project preferred.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with a workforce management system.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
