Gymshark is seeking a Materials Developer to lead end‑to‑end woven material development from concept through industrialisation.
You’ll work with Product Development, Design, Colour, and Sourcing teams and external mills to deliver high‑performance, sustainable materials for seasonal collections.
In this role you’ll ensure milestones are met, review supplier data, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
A hands‑on, collaborative mindset and three days per week onsite are required.
