In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our Fresh Direct Wigan depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift and first aid, there’s no limit to your potential. There are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles, and move up.
As well as an eye for detail, you’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and ideally have your own transport to get here.
