Are you an experienced Team Leader or current Supervisor ready to step into a new role? Join our fast-paced Bolton operation distributing breads, cakes and other morning goods products within a 24-hour warehouse environment.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF - 10:00am-22:00pm.

Salary: £13.84 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support warehouse teams
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and safe systems of work
  • Support absence, performance and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations and resolve issues
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity and service levels
  • Deliver coaching, training and development activities

Qualifications

  • Team Leader experience as a minimum or a supervisor looking for a change and a fast-paced opportunity
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge
  • Experience within a fast-moving consumables/FMCG environment
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
