As part of the ASOS Creative Studio team, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life through bold, high-quality, and trend-led video content, including PDP videos. Working alongside a talented and collaborative team, you’ll contribute to a diverse mix of projects - from eye-catching campaigns to scroll-stopping social content, using techniques such as high-end video spec cameras, mobile shooting, and creative editing. You’ll craft innovative content that blends creativity with commercial thinking, delivering the most inspiring e-commerce, creative, and social assets in the industry for our 20-something customer. With a creative, strategic, and hands‑on approach, you’ll help shape the future of ASOS’s visual storytelling.

As a videographer and editor you will create fresh, impactful video content across PDP, creative, and social, that connects and aligns with the company strategy.

Team Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality, creative, and consistent video content across PDP, campaigns, homepage, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the ASOS Creative Studio, Photography, and wider teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
  • Contribute to creative direction on set, ensuring energy, authenticity, and alignment with the ASOS aesthetic.
  • Use a range of equipment and techniques, including high-end video spec cameras, mobile shooting, lighting setups, and creative editing.
  • Maintain studio and equipment readiness, ensuring spaces are organised and production ready.
  • Support the development of new processes, workflows, and techniques that improve efficiency and creative quality.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas, innovative tools, and techniques into the team.
  • Build positive relationships with internal departments and external partners to elevate creative output.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused environment that supports team development and creative excellence.
What You’ll be doing…
  • Take ownership of allocated video projects from concept to delivery.
  • Produce PDP video edits aligned with business KPIs and performance targets.
  • Occasionally work across multiple studios and shoot locations, adapting your expertise to a variety of creative environments.
  • Confidently direct models and talent on set, ensuring engagement and alignment with the ASOS brand style.
  • Edit and grade content to meet creative briefs, including PDP, creative and social videos.
  • Suggest and test new creative techniques, equipment, and editing styles.
  • Work collaboratively with photography teams to ensure brand consistency across formats.
  • Schedule resources for PDP video including freelance.
  • Attend routine one-to-one sessions with your Senior to support growth, enhance skills, and review competencies.
  • Support junior team members through informal mentoring and skills-sharing.
  • Help refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications Skills & Experience
  • Solid hands‑on experience in video production including shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Davinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) with a good eye for pacing, composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to direct models and talent with confidence, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and best practices.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and production teams.
  • Proactive approach to improving workflows and creative processes.
