Job Description

The Finance Admin is located in Thame; Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

The salary is circa £26.5-28k dependent on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily bank and cashbook reconciliation
  • Enter supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales
  • Reconcile supplier statements. Identify any errors and investigate/correct as necessary, referring more complex issues to your line manager
  • Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
  • Process weekly bacs run and adhoc payments as necessary
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Manage the cylinder regeneration process

General:

  • Draft any routine correspondence
  • Undertake routine administrative support procedures, such as filing, opening post etc Operate the telephone for incoming calls into the department and deal with queries as appropriate
  • Provide support to line manager and other members of the team as and when needed
  • Work to specific deadlines in line with the month end process
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage inboxes
  • Any other Adhoc duties

  • Previous office experience preferred
