Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pay Equity professional to lead global pay equity analyses and support compliance with evolving pay transparency and gender pay regulations. This role is based in the UK and partners closely with Compensation, HR, Legal, and People Analytics to ensure fair, defensible pay practices across multiple countries.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently on complex and ambiguous issues.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop global pay equity analyses, including statistically robust modelling and interpretation of results over time.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pay equity and pay transparency regulations, including:
    • EU Pay Transparency Directive
    • US pay transparency laws
    • UK Gender Pay Gap reporting
    • European country gender pay gap reporting
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable internal processes and analytics.
  • Identify and assess pay equity risks; partner on remediation approaches and governance controls.
  • Develop and document global pay equity methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven insights for senior leaders and support executive and Legal reviews.
  • Act as a technical advisor and mentor, supporting colleagues on complex pay equity topics.

What You Bring:

  • Deep, hands‑on experience in pay equity or compensation analytics within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of pay transparency and gender pay regulations across the US, UK, and EU.
  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and credibly.
  • Comfort working independently with limited guidance on complex, sensitive issues.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Global pay equity and awareness of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
