A well-regarded secondary school in the M30 area of Manchester is seeking a Behaviour & Inclusion Manager to join its pastoral team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
Working alongside experienced pastoral leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting students whose behaviour is preventing them from reaching their potential, helping them reflect, rebuild confidence, and successfully return to the classroom.

About the School

The Role
You'll oversee the school's Reflect provision, ensuring students receive the guidance and support needed before returning successfully to lessons.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the Reflect room
- Delivering restorative conversations
- Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
- Working closely with Heads of Year and teaching staff
- Building positive relationships with students and families
- Recording behaviour data and monitoring progress
- Supporting students to improve attendance, engagement, and behaviour
About You
This role would suit someone with previous experience in:
- Behaviour Management
- Pastoral Support
- Inclusion
- Learning Mentoring
- Youth Work
- School Behaviour or Student Services
You'll be approachable, resilient, organised, and committed to helping every student achieve their best.
Salary & Benefits
- Β£39,794βΒ£46,398 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience)
- Full-time permanent position

- Term time only plus 3 weeks
- 37.5 hours per week (8:00amβ4:00pm)
