WPP is the world’s leading media agency network and is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Group FP&A team in London.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse group financial data to support financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Produce monthly management reports, board materials, and trading insights for senior leadership.
- Support performance monitoring and KPI tracking, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate and consolidate pro‑forma submissions across networks, ensuring accurate like‑for‑like comparatives.
- Deliver high‑quality financial modelling and ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- Respond to ad‑hoc stakeholder requests with clear, timely analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree-educated with experience in financial analysis.
- Part‑qualified or qualified accountant (or working towards).
- Significant FP&A experience in a complex, global business.
- Advanced Excel skills (modelling, data analysis, dashboards).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach.
