Job Description
The Supervisor, FP&A is responsible for providing support on Market plans and projections, providing in-market functional support and other Market FP&A activities. The position acts as a liaison between functional teams and market stakeholders to align on priorities and resolve escalations.
What will my accountabilities be?
- Leads the market plan and projection process, partnering with the Global FP&A team to review inputs and projection results.
- Provide analytical support and financial insights in preparation for market initiative business case development.
- Lead execution of ad hoc financial planning and analysis requests.
- Partner with Local Accounting Ops team and Global FP&A on month end analysis and review.
- Partner with Departments on understanding and holding to account G&A (Head Office Costs) spend vs. Projection.
- Lead on business cases for additional G&A (Head Office Costs) requests, working collaboratively with G&A Budget Owners throughout the business.

Qualifications
- FP&A Experience (minimum three years), preferably leading an FP&A team.
- Qualified with CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic financial initiatives that drive long-term sales growth and profitability.
- Sound analytical skills, including an ability to ask questions to breakdown problems, identify trends and suggest actions and solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, building effective working relationships and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as self-motivation to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound commercial acumen and understanding of levers for profitability and growth for Franchisee and operators.
