About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing guest bookings, maximising occupancy, and delivering a seamless pre-arrival experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for guest service. This is a Monday to Friday role but we require availability to cover weekends when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Ensure all bookings are entered accurately into the PMS system
- Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Assist guests with room availability, rates, and special requests
- Work closely with Front Office and Sales team to support occupancy and operational needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, promotions, and policies
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude
Nice to have
- Experience using Opera Cloud (PMS)
