  • Partner with suppliers, vendors, and mills to ensure the timely delivery of prototypes and development samples that meet Gymshark's quality expectations.
  • Monitor development progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership on timelines, quality, risks, and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product development processes, ways of working, and team capability.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

  • Experience managing multiple complex development projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within activewear, sportswear, performance apparel, or fashion product development environments.
  • Knowledge of seamless product development and manufacturing processes would be advantageous.

Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ.
