Job Description

No two days are the same in care.

One visit may involve sharing a cup of tea, completing a crossword, or enjoying a conversation. The next may involve providing personal care and practical support to help someone remain safe and independent in their own home.

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, adaptable, and able to approach every situation with empathy, professionalism, and respect.

When you join us, you'll agree a regular working pattern that fits your availability. The evening Block of working time is 5pm-10pm and you will have visits within this time. (This can be negotiated under certain circumstances) We simply ask that you remain consistent with your chosen schedule wherever possible to provide safe continuity of care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be aged 18 or over.
  • Have the full right to work in the UK (please note we are unable to offer sponsorship).
  • Have a genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive difference.
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing outstanding care.
  • Be willing to work alternate weekends.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (highly desirable) to travel between clients' homes.
  • Live in PO1 - PO6.

Our Care Professionals work in the Portsmouth area covering all postcodes within PO1 to PO6. All of our team can expect to work in each postcode.

The role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure and reference checks.

This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process. We do not have a licence to provide sponsorship.
