Job Description

  • Build strong rapport with our customers by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries in a timely, professional and commercially conscious manner.
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained and issues are resolved.
  • Input and maintain accurate data for all customer interactions. This includes contact information, general enquiries, missed lift notifications, courtesy calls and new orders.
  • Adopt our first-fix approach by identifying potential issues and proactively create solutions to prevent problems in the future.
  • Complete weekly administration of customer accounts including data entry and invoice queries.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Support the TRM senior management team

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of the Waste Management Industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiar with CRM systems.
  • Attention to process and detail.
  • Problem solving mentality.
  • Ability to keep to strict deadlines
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
