We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineering graduates with computational, mathematical and design skills. Candidates will work on a variety of projects from concept design to implementation for clients locally, nationally or internationally. Those selected must focus on delivering results while enjoying technically challenging projects.
Our Bridges teams provide wide challenging opportunities in an ever-evolving industry. With offices in London, Madrid, Italy, the United States and the Middle East, graduates can work on UK or international bridge projects, assess and maintain the current UK bridge network, or propose renewal structural works. We are committed to providing quality, innovative and sustainable solutions using the latest technology in civil & structural engineering while collaborating with other disciplines.

Graduates will contribute to the design of structures from inception to completion, conduct assessments of existing structures, and manage resources and tasks within a scheme of structures. AECOM supports graduate development with mobility between projects and increasing responsibility.
Qualifications
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above
- MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering is an advantage
- Structural modules or Structural/Bridge Engineering experience is an advantage
- Good technical understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering
- Demonstrable interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and career development
- Willingness and ability to work towards chartership with ICE or IStructE
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with confidence to engage with stakeholders and contractors
- Enthusiastic, hard‑working, ambitious, and driven
- Ability to structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with initiative & focus
