We are recruiting for two mid‑to‑senior level integrated designers (3–7+ years of experience) to join a client’s Group Brand studio. The client is a leading financial services brand. The roles are six‑month fixed‑term contracts, hybrid in London with three office days per week. One role focuses on Sponsorship and Partnership design, the other on Group Brand work. Both are execution‑focused: 70–80 % asset adaptation, 20–30 % new concepts. No line management.
Provide high‑quality, brand‑compliant creative quickly, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain asset governance.
What you will be doing
- Design and creative execution: create high‑quality solutions across digital, social, environmental graphics, OOH, presentations, print, experiential sponsorship materials.
- Develop visual concepts for sponsorship storytelling and brand‑building objectives.
- Ensure all creative adheres to brand Visual Identity and accessibility standards.
- Proactively suggest alternative approaches to enhance creative impact.
- Artworking & production: deliver production‑ready artwork across formats, ensure accurate specifications.
- Adapt and version assets for partners, channels or market requirements.
- Maintain structured file management, version control and asset governance.
- Work with precision across multiple concurrent projects with varying turnaround times.
- Stakeholder partnership & project delivery: collaborate with in‑house and external teams, manage feedback cycles, timelines, approvals.
- Build relationships with third‑party suppliers and agencies, Brand Management, Corporate Communications and PPCR.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: liaise with external agencies, rights holders, production vendors, drive integrated outputs.
- Support development of sponsorship design workflows, templates, guidelines and continuous improvement.
- Decision‑making & autonomy: operate with autonomy on day‑to‑day design decisions, escalating risks, taking accountability for quality and brand compliance.
What you need to be great in this role
- 3–7+ years as a brand or marketing designer in agency or in‑house setting.
- Strong brand design experience across multi‑channel creative; financial services experience not essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Solid design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy, composition.
- Experience preparing final artwork and delivering to precise technical specifications.
- Strong craft in managing multiple concurrent projects with excellent organisational discipline.
- Excellent communication and confident stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and responding to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work with pace and precision under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
- CMS experience or familiarity with brand asset distribution digitally.
- Experience designing sponsorship assets or working with sports/entertainment partnerships.
- Motion graphics or animation capability.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
- Experience working alongside film/photography teams or experiential environments.
