Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a recruiter to support our hiring team in driving hires across various geographies.

You'll work across a number of roles spanning different departments, owning candidate relationships end‑to‑end and making sure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

What you additionally need to know

This is a Hybrid role based in London and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

What would be you be responsible for

  • Sourcing candidates through both internal and external channels.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to the appropriate job boards, publications, colleges, etc.
  • Sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
  • Screening resumes and applications, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to keep candidates moving on schedule.
  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
  • Acting as a point of contact and building strong, influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Handling daily HR administrative duties, including maintaining records across data sources, monthly/ad‑hoc reporting, and P‑File management.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as needed.

You Might Be a Good Fit If...

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, in an agency or in‑house setting.
  • You have hands‑on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are independent, well‑organized, and a self‑starter with enthusiasm and initiative.
  • You are flexible working in a dynamic environment and comfortable interviewing candidates across different time zones.
  • You have experience working with Greenhouse.
