ServiceNow is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Outbound Product Manager (IC5 – Sr. Staff Level) to join the Data and Analytics product team responsible for groundbreaking products like Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional. As a key outbound product leader, you will help shape how ServiceNow’s customers understand, adopt, and unlock value from this innovative data platform. You will be the bridge between product development, marketing, sales, and the customer—helping to translate deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content.

What You’ll Do
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that conveys the unique power of data within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Partner with product marketing to drive launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Create compelling enablement content for internal teams (e.g., sales playbooks, demos, training materials, solution briefs, competitive guides).
- Deliver product evangelism at customer briefings, analyst sessions, conferences, and webinars.
- Translate complex technical concepts into language that resonates with decision-makers and technical practitioners alike.
- Collaborate with inbound product managers to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and field insights.
- Support strategic deals and partner engagements with tailored collateral and positioning strategies.
- Track adoption metrics, market feedback, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine outbound initiatives.
Qualifications Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management, outbound product marketing, design, or GTM experience with a strong focus on integration, data platforms, databases, or infrastructure technologies. Enterprise software experience is a must.
- Deep understanding of technical concepts such as integration, transactional/analytical processing, distributed systems, and data architecture.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating technical innovations into business value.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify the complex and inspire action.
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and influence across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
