We are seeking an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and commercial deployment programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating teleoperators, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with a passion for emerging technologies and has experience managing teams in robotics, autonomous systems, technical operations, control room environments, fleet operations, or other mission-critical programs.
