UW is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the in-life retention workstream, evolve churn propensity models, and translate insights into actionable marketing interventions.

You will coordinate across Customer Service, Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Product, and CX to achieve the FY27 objectives and targets.

You will own the 'so what' of retention data, lead dashboards, and drive clear actions, while managing the development and performance of a Marketing Manager to a high standard.
