Key Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across channels.
    • Write and deploy persuasive, conversion-oriented messaging for emails, landing pages, sales collateral, and campaign touchpoints.
    • Support lead generation initiatives to build MQL pipelines and contribute to SQL conversion.
  • Salesforce Management & Reporting
    • Maintain Salesforce connections to ensure accurate lead tracking, data integrity, and campaign attribution.
    • Monitor campaign performance and lead conversion metrics, tracking MQLs through to SQLs.
    • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Client & Sponsor Engagement
    • Support relationship-building activities with existing and prospective clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
    • Execute client communication initiatives including pre-event engagement, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up.
    • Assist in developing case studies and gathering client feedback to support marketing efforts.
    • Support referral and co-marketing initiatives with sponsors.
  • Sales Support & Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales teams to provide qualified leads and campaign insights to support conversion.
    • Assist with sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, sales, and operations to support client experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in events marketing, client acquisition, or lead generation.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels (email, social media, paid media, content) with strong project management skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to create persuasive, conversion-oriented messaging.
  • Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience (Eloqua desirable, or similar platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding of lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on campaign delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable

  • Experience contributing to MQL to SQL conversion efforts.
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Experience developing case studies or client success stories.
  • Experience in renewables, energy, or B2B events sectors.

What Success Looks Like

  • Successfully execute and manage multiple demand generation and client acquisition campaigns that support sponsorship sales and revenue targets.
  • Deliver high-quality campaign outputs on time and to brief across multiple events.
  • Generate qualified leads and support sales teams in converting MQLs to SQLs.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and campaign reporting in Salesforce.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts.
