We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Key Account Executive to join our dynamic Ebury Sales department.
In this role, you will take ownership of a selection of accounts, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth while supporting the wider commercial strategy across the division.
This is a unique opportunity to be creative and contribute to the success of our books through collaboration with PR, Marketing, Design, Production, and Editorial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own accounts, building strong relationships, securing repeat business, and communicating effectively with clients.
- Attend and lead customer meetings with the support of the Sales Manager where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with your line manager, and team, to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager, including creation of customer new line forms and presentations.
- Collaborate and work closely with counterparts in Editorial, Marketing, Publicity and Art to gather materials for presentations.
- Work with wider group sales colleagues, ensuring they have what they need from an Ebury perspective and also to contribute and share wider market knowledge/learnings where appropriate.
- Handle requests from various teams across the division, e. g. reporting on specific title performance or bookseller requests.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, performing market and title specific analysis, maintaining spreadsheets and databases and updating retailer budgets and orders alongside Key Account Managers with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary
Circa £30,000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.

For this role we expect that you will visit our office in London, a minimum of two days per week.
