We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Retail teams with insight, challenge and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping turn data into meaningful information and supporting decision‑making that drives performance. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast‑paced environment where collaboration, curiosity and clear communication matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with Retail leaders to provide financial insight and commercial challenge
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles across the Retail estate
  • Analysing performance and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights
  • Supporting investment proposals and tracking benefits realisation
  • Influencing decision‑making through strong storytelling and data‑led recommendations
  • Continuously improving reporting, controls and ways of working
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across Finance and the wider business

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a finance business partnering or commercially focused finance role
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative way
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly
  • A commercially curious mindset with an interest in Retail or customer‑facing environments
  • The ability to balance challenge with support to influence outcomes
  • Good planning and prioritisation skills in a changeable environment
  • A commitment to learning, development and continuous improvement
  • A professional qualification or working towards one, or equivalent experience
