About the Field Marketing Manager role… As the Field Marketing Manager for the UK, you’ll drive demand and brand awareness primarily in the UK, while supporting additional European markets as needed. Working closely with regional sales and global marketing teams, you’ll scale and adapt programs to deliver new business MQLs and pipeline growth.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the development of the country marketing plan in collaboration with the Regional Field Marketing Director and global marketing teams, focused on driving new business MQLs and pipeline growth.
- Execute the regional marketing plan for the UK and adjacent markets, to deliver measurable demand generation results.
- Plan and deliver localised marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and promotions tailored to regional audiences and focused on accelerating pipeline growth.
- Organise and promote regional events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Partner closely with sales to co-create outbound campaigns, call blitzes, and follow‑up motions that accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Localise and optimise global campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing (SEO, paid media, email) to maximise regional impact and lead quality.
- Work with partner and enterprise marketing to activate global playbooks regionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with local industry associations, industry publications, and partners to create co‑marketing opportunities that generate demand and leads.
- Coordinate with global PR to identify and support local media opportunities that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Source and amplify local customer stories and testimonials to build trust and support sales enablement.
What you have…
- Experience in field marketing, campaign and event execution, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Native level of English, fluency in French is desirable.
- Hands‑on experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation platforms), Salesforce, and reporting tools like Google Analytics or Tableau would be desirable.
