About the Role

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to help achieve our mission.

You will work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations, and growth.

This role is for highly capable generalists who enjoy solving problems, moving quickly, and taking ownership.

We are looking for people who can turn ideas into execution and create meaningful impact from day one.

  • Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
  • Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
  • Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements.
  • Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
