The CRM Global Marketing Manager (Senior Executive) is a key member of the Global Client Communications team, reporting to the Global Head of Client Marketing with a dotted line to the Global Business Systems team. The role focuses on client communications, managing global CRM users and serving as the primary support and expertise for global and local marketing CRM champions.

Accountabilities

  • CRM System Management & Support
    • Maintain system activity through user engagement.
    • Liaise with the Global Business Systems team regarding technical status (e.g., downtime, SSL certificate updates).
    • Consult on system changes or updates and inform the team of new requirements.
    • Manage the CRM support inbox, triaging technical emails to Global Business Systems.
    • Maintain global assets within the CRM.
    • Conduct BAU marketing checks on campaigns, lists, templates, email statistics, footers, subscription management, case studies, and user improvements.
    • Build and manage global events in the CRM, including related communications and sign‑ups.
    • Support CRM users, analyze analytics, assist with email sends, and update contacts.
    • Work on global accounts and support local versions of the same account.
    • Communicate new reports and dashboards created by Global Business Systems to the CRM community.
    • Provide setup and maintenance of user licenses and profiles, offering administrative support to all global users.
  • Training & Adoption
    • Develop and implement role‑based training for CRM users, including new user onboarding and updates.
    • Produce and distribute communications to support adoption (testimonials, tips, tricks, new enhancements).
    • Analyze adoption metrics.
    • Participate in software enhancements and webinars to improve CRM knowledge.
    • Collect case studies and communicate best practices to users.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Support the Global Business Systems team on system testing.
    • Assist global marketing teams across the CRM campaign data cycle – from segmentation to post‑campaign analysis – working closely with content and design teams.
    • Build strong relationships with global client teams and local marketing teams, developing comprehensive CRM knowledge to drive adoption and provide insights.

Skills and Experience

  • Passion for data, with strong analytical, problem‑solving and data management skills.
  • Ability to transform data into meaningful information for decision‑making.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce (plus).
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of building marketing communities and business relationships.
  • Self‑sufficient with quick learning ability and minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantage).
  • Thirst to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Experience creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance.
