Role Overview
The Chief of Staff, Product is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of RZR's product organization. You will work as a direct partner to the VP of Product — not as a scheduler or note-taker, but as an operator and force multiplier who translates roadmap direction into clear plans, owned milestones, and measurable outcomes. You will work across Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Finance, removing execution friction, improving decision quality, and ensuring the organisation stays focused on its highest-leverage product work. You'll own the product operating cadence end-to-end, build executive materials for board and leadership reviews, run deep-dive analyses when needed, and step in directly to drive critical initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority product and cross-functional initiatives, from problem definition through delivery and follow-through.
- Translate roadmap direction and product strategy into clear plans, milestones, ownership structures, and success metrics.
- Partner with leaders across Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Finance, and People to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Own the product operating cadence: roadmap reviews, quarterly and sprint planning, OKR tracking, and executive product reviews.
- Build structured analyses, decision memos, and business cases to support product leadership in high-stakes decisions.
- Run product and usage deep dives directly when needed to unblock decisions or accelerate outcomes.
- Prepare leadership materials for product reviews, board discussions, and strategic planning cycles.
- Track progress against product priorities and ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and executed across the organisation.
- Step in flexibly to cover execution gaps on critical product initiatives as business needs evolve.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or Product Management — ideally in or adjacent to a product organisation.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills: structuring ambiguous problems, interpreting product and usage data, and translating insight into action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience creating executive-ready materials for senior leadership and boards.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority across senior cross-functional partners.
- High ownership and bias to action; comfort managing multiple competing priorities with limited direction.
Nice to have: experience in technology, ad tech, or product-led businesses; familiarity with product analytics, roadmapping, or OKR frameworks; MBA or advanced degree.
Why Join RZR?
- Direct seat at the table on product strategy — you'll partner daily with VP-level product leadership on the decisions that shape RZR's roadmap and future.
- Unmatched cross-functional exposure across Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and executive leadership, including board-level visibility from day one.
- A genuine force-multiplier role with real, organisation-wide ownership — your work will be visible at every level, not buried in a support function.
- High-trust, high-autonomy environment where outcomes matter more than titles or process — no bureaucracy, no busywork.
- Scaling a profitable, post-turnaround ad tech company into its next phase of operational and product maturity — you'll help define how the org runs.
- Clear growth path into product management, product operations, or general management for the right person.
