About Kyra
Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
As a Campaign Manager at Kyra, you are the operator who turns creator campaigns into results. You run delivery end to end across a roster of ambitious brands, from fast-moving consumer names to category-defining tech, and keep every campaign on time, on budget, and on target. You sit between clients and creators, holding both to a high standard while keeping the commercial maths working in the background. Kyra's platform is your home base. You run everything through it, and the insights you generate feed the product as much as the product shapes your work. If you think in CPVs and get a kick out of a campaign that beats its KPIs, this is the engagement for you. This is a freelance engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Management and Delivery
- Own day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns at once, across several brands
- Run timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals so nothing slips
- Act as the single point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams
- Hold cross-functional team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables, without direct authority over them
- Stay ahead of problems and keep every stakeholder aligned, rather than firefighting
- Commercial and Pricing
- Build creator pricing from the ground up using CPV (cost per view) and projected performance
- Negotiate creator fees against budget and target CPV, protecting both the campaign outcome and the margin
- Proactively negotiate added-value assets and maximise the value on every deal
- Manage campaign budgets line by line, model scenarios, and flag commercial risk early
- Treat every campaign as a commercial unit, not just a creative one
- Client Service and Retention
- Build trusted relationships through clear, proactive, no-surprises communication
- Read each client’s style and match it, from polished weekly reporting to fast informal updates
- Anticipate client needs, surface insight, and create the conditions for renewal and growth
- Casting and Creator Management
- Build casting shortlists and identify creator-fit based on client archetype, campaign goals, and creator vertical
- Source, brief, and manage creators across the full campaign lifecycle, leading all creator communications and fielding
- Make sure content lands on brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives
- Handle creator contracting, usage rights, and disclosure compliance cleanly
- Reporting, Performance, and Optimisation
- Track performance against the numbers that matter: CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion
- Use Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools to monitor campaigns in flight, not just at wrap
- Keep Kyra as the single source of truth, with all updates, creator comms, and status reflected on-platform rather than in private spreadsheets
- Flag data inconsistencies and workflow gaps early
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations clients can act on, with reliable daily reporting
- Platform, AI, and Ways of Working
- Live in Kyra’s proprietary platform as a power user, running campaigns end to end inside the tech rather than around it
- Generate the campaign insights that shape the product, and put the platform’s outputs to work in how you run accounts: a genuine two-way loop between you and the tech
- Use AI daily to move faster and raise the quality of your work
- Adopt new tools quickly and improve workflows on Kyra’s AI-native platform
- Bring a willingness to experiment. This is paying off across the team and we want people who lean in
