The Integrations team ensures successful onboarding of acquired law firms to our AI‑native platform.

The Role

We're looking for an Exceptional Integrations Lead to own and scale integration of acquired law firms into Lawhive. This cross‑functional role combines program management, operational transformation, stakeholder management and technology adoption. You will plan and execute integrations from due diligence through to full operational migration. Success means delivering fast, seamless, measurable integrations that unlock value for both the acquired firm and Lawhive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end integration programmes for acquired law firms.
  • Develop and improve integration methodology, playbooks, processes and governance.
  • Own integration plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate platform migrations, data transfers and system onboarding.
  • Drive adoption of Lawhive's Legal OS and operational best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and firm leaders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Operations, Legal, Finance, People, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Identify operational risks, blockers and change‑management challenges; proactively drive solutions.
  • Support integration due diligence by assessing readiness, systems, processes and transition requirements.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Create scalable onboarding, training and enablement programmes.
  • Act as the voice of acquired firms internally to inform future improvements.

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 6+ years in integration, transformation, program management, operations, consulting, M&A integration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross‑functional projects.
  • Experience managing operational transformations or large‑scale change programmes.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience adopting technology platforms and operational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to operate in a high‑growth, fast‑changing environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in legal services, professional services, financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Experience in startups, scaleups or PE/VC‑backed businesses.
