Job Description

As our next Front Office Team Member, you…

  • Are the ‘face of Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  • Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working withOPERA cloudwill be valued.
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer Service
