We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Employer Marketing team. The role will involve managing the development and delivery of market leading communications targeted at employers and members, supporting the overall Brand and Marketing strategy with a focus on acquiring and retaining our workplace business.

You will be responsible for delivering consistently high quality, innovative and relevant communications that engage, enthuse, and inform our target audience. You’ll work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of marketing activity.

You will ensure the audience view is embedded in all marketing activity across the funnel. Make effective use of data and insights to develop messaging and set campaign objectives. Monitor campaign activity, adjusting as appropriate, reporting to the Marketing Manager and other relevant senior stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Create and develop compelling material to create meaningful impact with employers and members.
  • Identify the most effective media and communication channels across full marketing mix.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for campaigns and initiatives including delivery planning, resource alignment and budget responsibility.
  • Manage, plan and deliver key projects within agreed timescales including working with third party agencies on creative development and performance reporting.
  • Set clear campaign objectives and measures that align with commercial targets. Use data and insights to continuously test, learn and optimise marketing activity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class marketing to chosen audience groups driving forward new and innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Brand and Marketing function, other parts of the business and external agencies.

About you

  • Experience of creating and developing communications to support workplace pensions is desirable.
  • Experience of planning and running large integrated marketing campaigns, including effectively managing budget and risks.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques.
  • Experience of working in the financial services industry. Understand the legislative framework including propositions and distribution models.
  • Proven track record of effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
