Framework Area Sales Managers will be expected to manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area. This is made up from a mix of end user, GPO and Public Sector business. The main focus for the role will be building strong relationships to unlock opportunities for growth.

- Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
- Grow and retain customers delivering profitable volume growth Vs targets.
- Effectively partner your customers to understand their plans for growth, adding value, offering a wide range of practical solutions and products.
- Understand competitor activity & proposals, ensuring you are always offering your customers the best local solutions.
- Working with Framework Partners to onboard new business.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
The role requires a self‑starter with the drive and determination to succeed, demonstrable experience of delivering against targets, and a service‑focused attitude. You will need to be confident with the adoption of our modernisation programme and the new technology we are adopting to improve the customer experience and optimise performance; experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
